This truly lovely Villa is situated in the heart of Costa Blanca with all its amenities and it has a colourful garden with ample palm trees for some welcome shade to relax in next to the swimming pool with a chilled beer or glass of the very reasonable local wine. The grounds are well laid out with the Magnificent outside kitchen and dining area, traditional Spanish BBQ and the inviting 8m x 4m private pool. The Villa itself is fully air conditioned and has 3 Double bedrooms sleep 6. One bedroom is above the garage and has its own entrance and en suite. Two further bedrooms, family bathroom, kitchen and lounge, Sky television, DVD player. Enclosed Naya/dining room. There's also a Cot/playpen & highchair. Easy to get to from Alicante or Murcia airport. Choice of Spanish food shopping only a few minutes drive away. Booking and subsequent use of Villa Jamie, Calle Ribera, Quesada, Rojales, Spain

The Villa is situated in a very tranquil part of Quesada and will reward you with a peaceful relaxing holiday. You in turn are asked to respect your surroundings and the neighbours. Any breach of local laws or these terms and conditions will result in the immediate termination of the contracted stay at Villa Jamie. The owners will not be held responsible for loss or damage to hirers’ property or injury to any persons however caused.  

The swimming pool is a fantastic facility but guests must ensure that non swimmers and children are never allowed to be near or in the pool unsupervised.
